Welcome! This site is currently in early stage development and host to the first in a series of three volumes of the Buoyant Human series. This introductory volume gives an overview of the inception of Buoyant Reflex Training and introduces the breathing and standing exercises that can ignite your buoyant reflex with a mere 5 to 10 minutes invested each day!

Volume 2 goes deeper into the body mechanism, revealing interesting and insightful aspects of our human body that will contribute to your ability to make your buoyant reflex training more effective. The upcoming second volume also targets low back pain and osteoarthritis, with an effective approach to dealing with these issues.

Volume 3 is focused on the upper body, both structurally through the shoulders, neck, and head as well as the mind and gives interesting and insightful aspects of our brain anatomy and function that may help people wrangle with common functional issues such as anxiety, depression, and mental fog or inertia. This will also further fuel your buoyant reflex training via the added layers of knowledge and practical perspective.

Volumes 2 and 3 are currently still in development, but anticipated within the coming months, as well as a video course to accompany the books for people who want more 'hands-on' training regarding nuances of this method.
